Today marks the one year anniversary of Hurricane Katrina's landfall in Gulfport/Biloxi, Mississippi. CNN has a very nice anniversary section on their website that has a plethora of interactive features including video and images.
All eyes are in the Florida straits as Tropical Storm Ernesto churns up the waters. It will likely come ashore just south of Miami as a strong tropical storm or weak category one hurricane. You wouldn't know that the worst threat is heavy rainfall as all cable news networks are forecasting the worst storm within the past year.
