Our attention will be on the rain threat. If we receive an inch of rain on top of the 4 inches of snow on the ground...on top of the frozen ground, we could have some major flooding problems. The National Weather Service in the Quad Cities has already posted a Flood Watch for the area.

is there a chance at all the storm could move more to where we could see an all snow event? I know the temps are not in the right area but is there a chance at all that could all change by then?
Probably not, but for what it's worth, our GFS model is tracking about 10 miles south of its original track...not enough to tweak the forecast right now. -ERIC
Thanks! Even though it would be nice to have another nice snowstorm i could deal with rain and it warming up.
