The National Weather Service has issued a Dense Fog Advisory in effect for most of the 13News viewing area through early Saturday morning.Dense fog will reduce visibilities down to zero in some locations. There will be an additional possibility of dense fog Saturday night. -ERIC

Just talked to my husband ,who works in Dixon--visibility is almost zero down there. He's not even going to try to drive home tonight.
Definitely foggy out there. Be careful.
I just drove down US 20 from Freeport and didn't make it above 45 mph. NASTY!
I drove last night from our bingo hall to geris pizza and the fog was bad but not too bad, and the same with driving home, it wasn't too bad. It must have got worse after I got home around midnight
When it is foggy or raining in the daytime please TURN ON YOUR HEAD LIGHTS WHEN DRIVING
