Dust devils are pretty rare in these parts but Anthony Parks of Franklin Grove was in the right spot to see one today! May is primetime for dust devil development (say that five times fast). Farmers have been tilling the fields and there aren't any crops to destroy the circulation. Keep watching on the horizon for our next dust devil...and if you see one, grab a picture of it! -ERIC
