This Afternoon

This afternoon we stand at a slight risk for severe weather. If these thunderstorms come to fruition the main threats will be small hail and gusty winds. All three ingredients are here, two of which you can tell by yourself. We have the heat (highs in upper 80s), we have the moisture (dew points near 70°), and we have the triggering mechanism (a frontal boundary to provide lift in the atmosphere). -ADAM
