The headliner over the next couple of days will
be the wind. On the back side of yesterday's rainmaker is a strong pressure gradient that will result in some blustery conditions. High pressure over central Canada, and low pressure over the Great Lakes is squeezing the air in between and pushing it south into the heart of the United States. I would expect these strong winds to start to knock a lot of leaves out of the trees. Here's the breakdown:
Tuesday: West winds 15-25 mph
Wednesday: Northwest winds 15-25 mph
Thursday: North winds 10-20 mph
