A month or so ago, we referenced the Beloit Mindset study and I mentioned that I didn't have the luxury of internet even when I was in college! Check out this picture of a classroom filled with Apple Macintosh laptop computers. Yikes! Do kids even use pencils and pens anymore?Just thought this was a cute picture. Speaking of apples, it's the season for them. Anyone want to post their favorite apple recipes? I have a bunch of apples that need to be eaten this weekend.

a great carmel apple tasting recipie
5 apples chopped
1 - small package butterscotch pudding (do not make, just dry)
1 regular tub of coolwhip (8oz)
8oz crushed pineapple do not drain.
Mix all together. Great!!
