Here's the latest advisory on Tropical Storm Noel. The storm's not terribly organized, but squally weather is expected to continue for one more day in the Domincan Republic and Haiti before this storm heads up into the Bahamas.This storm will drift northwest and interact with a cold front over Florida and be lifted northeast away from land.
