The Leaves: Falling then Flying
We are going to be dealing with a bit of a wind problem through Tuesday evening. A polar cold front has pushed through the area and already caused our winds to veer more out of the northwest. The intensity of the area of low pressure has caused a steep pressure gradient, which will correlate to blustery wind speeds. Sustained winds will range between 15 and 30 mph, while gusting at times near 45 mph. Needless to say, any leaves that are still holding on to their trees will probably be ripped away in the near future. Hold on to those steering wheels tight this afternoon, especially if you drive a truck or van. -ADAM
