The showers that were in Iowa this morning have been having trouble staying together during their trek eastward. There are just a few blobs of light rain west of the Mississippi, so there's a good chance that a few locales in the viewing area will remain dry today. We don't really need the rain a whole lot right now, anyway, since farmers are still trying to get corn and beans picked.
With all the fall foliage pics that have been pouring into the weather inbox, I thought I should share links to a couple of our sister stations' weather blogs, who are also collecting fall pics. Enjoy!
