The showers have gotten a bit more rambunctious than I was expecting. There's been covering a pretty good-sized area a few of the showers may produce brief moderate rain.
The back edge of the shower activity goes from around Monroe, WI to Stockton, IL to Maquoketa, IA. Since the front is continuing to make progress to the southeast, I don't expect anything more than a renegade sprinkle to form behind the back edge. Late this afternoon, we should see a few peeks of sunshine.
