Cold Front on Steroids

Today's weather is a drastic change from what we felt yesterday. On 13 News Today, I said that it felt like this cold front was on steroids due to its powerful nature. Yesterday's high temperature occurred around 6pm when 47° was recorded. After that the free fall began.

Today's high temperature has already been hit. We were at 18° at midnight and as of 8am we are at a stunning 3°! Despite a fair amount of sunshine, don't expect much of a rebound on your thermometers. The majority of this Monday will be spent in the single digits. Westerly winds are still gusting up around 35 mph. The blustery conditions will stick around through sunset. With that combination, wind chills are on a dangerous level between -20° and -10°. No joking around this morning, bundle up and dress in layers! -ADAM
