Whole lotta' nothin'

Aside from some river flooding (see the post below this one), there is nothing of any consequence happening in our weather. At all. When was the last time I was able to say that?

To illustrate how much nothing is occurring, let's take a look at a satellite image from this afternoon, with Microsoft Paint stuff on it.

The good news is that our weather will remain mostly devoid of anything for the upcoming week. The only somethings are a slight chance of flurries for Tuesday and a better chance of snow late Thursday into Friday. Otherwise, expect generally nothing conditions.

TOTAL Bummer!
I now see brown grass, I hate this... just give me an inch or two so I don't have to see this junk.

Thanks for the forecast - y'all even do "nothing" in a very thorough fashion! :)

We do what we can. :D

While I agree that white ground in winter is preferable to brown ground, I personally could do without accumulating snow for several days.

It is amazing that the paper said most area had about a foot of snow on the ground, and just within 24 hours we are back to almost bare ground except for the snowpiles and the dusting we got overnight. I much prefer alot of snow on the ground even though it is after christmas now. When early march comes, then I wouldn't mind the snow melting. Like I have been telling people and I am no weatherman, but I have a feeling within a month, we will have the snowcover back that we lost this weekend. Blogger Brian would love that.
