There will be wind, but will there be snow?

A big weather change is coming to Northern Illinois. Say good bye to the sunshine and mild temps because in it's place is colder temperatures and wind.
I just got a pic off of NOAA's website demonstrating snow because it looks like the stateline will be getting a taste of a flurry or two late Monday night and into Tuesday morning.
This snow will be scattered and the majority of it should fall in the morning hours on Tuesday.
The wind for Monday comes behind the cold front that will be sweeping into our area. Gusts could reach up to 45mph so the National Weather Service has issued wind advisory from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Winds this strong often making driving difficult, especially for trucks. Please drive carefully.
Even though we may experience this season's first taste of snow, it shouldn't last long. Sunny skies return mid week and by next weekend temperatures should break 50 degrees.
