Could this be the last tropical storm of the year? Olga formed today and is expected to move westward along the southern coast of Cuba over the next few days. Olga is not expected to achieve hurricane status. It's still a rarity to get a tropical storm this late in the season!

Can we just throw are arms up and say this is Global Warming Eric? Not unheard of but very much a rare thing to have a Tropical Storm this late in the season and being this much damage included!
