Just a few high clouds are out to our west... and our temperature is jumping quickly this morning. If the clouds stay away through mid-afternoon, we just might hit 80 today here in Rockford. It's also interesting to see how cool the air is on/near the lakes...The cold front to our west will pull our highs down a few notches, but we'll still be above normal. The front will also help fire off some showers and thunderstorms tomorrow. They won't be too rambunctious since the main upper-level energy will stay to the north.
Also, just a friendly reminder that tomorrow is Earth Day!
