The weather pattern appears to be pretty steady for the next five days. The jet stream (storm track) is going to be setting up directly overhead. This means we will have several opportunities for picking up some rain during this work week. The days with wet weather in them are Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Showers could be widespread each of these days, but with the way these storms are setting up our severe weather threat looks minimal. We likely won't make it into the warm sector of any of these approaching systems, meaning the most volatile atmosphere stays south of us. There should be enough liquid in these storms to produce 0.5 - 1.0" of rain during each of the two timeframes. Also, remember that the jet stream often separates the warm airmass from the cold airmass. With this highway of fast moving air directly overhead, we sit in limbo between the two. Highs don't appear to be much above or below average in the 50s the majority of the work week. -ADAM
