One of my co-workers on the morning crew came in this morning beaming bright red. This person was not embarrassed or blushing about anything. Instead they had received the first bad sunburn of the year. Obviously, that gave me a great idea for a graphic to make.We have nonstop sunshine out there today, which puts our UV Index in the high category at a 7. What that means is that if you are outside for a mere 30 minutes you can start receiving skin damage from the sun. Keep that in mind, especially for the kids, as you utilize today's wonderful weather. -ADAM
