Parkersburg, Iowa tornado officially rated EF5

Second tornado to be rated an EF5 (highest rating on the Enhanced Fujita Scale) since the new rating scale came out.

Wow, I am amazed that the warning sirens for the south side of Parkersburg were just put in 10 days prior to this powerful storm. It is a godsend that so many lives were saved because of that but so sad and unfortunate that any lives were lost.

The videos of those affected by this storm brought me to tears..I can't even begin to imagine what everyone is going through who went through this tragic ordeal. My heart goes out to everyone who was affected by this tornado.

Justin, thanks again for keeping us informed with all of the information that continues to come out of Iowa.
