It was just down right cold this morning! Lows ranged anywhere from 2 degrees below zero near Dixon to +10 degrees in Galena. Places in the south had a little more snow that we saw across Rockford on Friday so that's why it has been colder down there.The snow will take awhile to completely melt away so until then temperatures will remain below average through the weekend. There are a couple more chances for snow showers, mainly Tuesday night into Wednesday as a couple of clipper systems sweep through. Thankfully no 10"+ snows are in the near future.
