The latest 8-14 day weather outlook from the National Center for Environmental Prediction is quite a bit different from the current weather pattern. Notice the high probability of below-average temperatures across the western 2/3 of the country.If this comes true, we're in for some really cold stuff a little over a week from now. -ERIC
