A group of entrepreneurs in Holland have developed a new dining experience: eating at a table suspended 150 feet up in the sky. The table is raised into the air by a crane. 20 people sit on chairs surrounded by a rectangular table while a chef serves the meal from the center.
I don't know about you, but I'd probably "toss my cookies" if I was up there...but maybe I'd give it a try. Perhaps that's what we need here in Rockford to bring in tourists. Post your comments about this one...and for more information, click on dinnerinthesky.com. -ERIC
