Wildfires continue in southern Georgia
It's considered the worst wildfire in Georgia's history. The fire that started almost 2 weeks ago near Waycross has moved 40 miles to the south near Folkston. The fire has burned more than 80,000 acres and is about 65 percent contained. Unfortunately, with high pressure anchored over the southeast, it is going to be awhile before any significant rains reach that area. Read more on the wildfire here.
