13Microcast is invaluable when it comes to forecasting! We have the opportunity to look up more than two days in advance and let you know what to expect. Look at the amazing amounts of rain that are projected across the Upper Midwest during the next few days. Places in Eastern South Dakota and South-Central Minnesota could rack up 4-6 inches! We're not out of it either. Considering the fact that this computer model forecast ends at Friday 7pm, we could still add up another inch before things quiet down during the day on Saturday.
It's wonderful to see a forecast this wet, let's just hope it doesn't all come down at once (like it did on Monday night). -ERIC
By the way, with the Labor Day flood of 2006 fresh on our minds, have you ever thought about flooding in your area? While it's highly unlikely we'll have any rain like that day, it could happen. Please, post your comments!
