Showers and storms are firing (as expected in NE Iowa and SW Wisconsin). In fact within the past 4 minutes or so, a storm has begun to form over Jo Daviess County! It appears that the storms will continue to develop and head SE toward Rockford by midnight. A weather watch may be issued by SPC within the next hour or two.
