That would put the heat index values over 100 degrees in some spots. Remember to take it easy tomorrow afternoon. If you can, go to the local pool, take a dip in the river, or just stay in the A/C. If you don't have A/C, there have been cooling centers that have been set up for tomorrow. The Rockford Rescue Mission and the Public Safety Building are just two places in Rockford. Remember your pets too. If you don't have A/C but your car does, stick Fido in the car and crank up the A/C and take Fido for a nice cool spin in the country.
He'll come back home cooled off and happy to have just spent some time riding in the car with his Most Important Human. He doesn't care where you go. Stay away from I-90/I-39; it was bumber to bumper yesterday. Take some back country roads & explore - and look at the corn tassling already!
