The Storm Prediction Center has put Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin in a slight risk of severe weather. A Weather Watch may be required for the late-afternoon and evening timeframe. Whether this watch will be a Severe Storm Watch or a Tornado Watch remains to be seen as there appears to be a small threat for isolated, brief tornadoes. Keep a watchful eye to the skies as storms will likely threaten the Rockford metro through evening. In addition to severe weather, flash flooding will be a possiibility. A Flash Flood Watch is in effect for Southern Wisconsin. -ERIC

Eric, arent u supposed to be on vacation. thats what katie said during the noon newscast. Oh well, when severe weather is a threat, its good to have double coverage. you and adam will rock tonight. I will post rain after 11 tonight if we get any.
My husband's fire pager went off for Lena saying there was a funnel cloud come down and right back up on Howardsville Rd. We need the rain but we need the rain to cool things down-NO MORE HUMIDITY.
