I haven't been to Saint Louis in quite some time. My good friend Aaron has been trying to get me there for what seems like years now...and I'm definitely overdue. Even when I was in Texas last week it wasn't as hot as it's been in St. Louis. At Lambert-St. Louis it has been above 90 degrees each afternoon of August with five 100 degree days (including today). Thursday will likely be the last 100 degree day for a while. A front will finally muster up enough strength to penetrate the core of the heat. Good news just for you Aaron! Perhaps it's time to make plans for a road trip? -ERIC
