Near the Top

This past weekend was extremely warm by October standards. It got me thinking where this past weekend ranked in terms of the hottest weekends of the year. After sifting through some climate data, here is what I came up with. I searched through the high temperatures for each Saturday and Sunday from this past year. I then took the average of the two and then ranked those dates in order. The top three weekends all came during the typical summer months. This past weekend we hit 88 degrees both days. That ended up placing this past weekend as the fourth hottest weekend of the year. Pretty amazing that this happened so late in the year. -ADAM
