Ok, I cheated and googled the word. Fun post on the blog!
I have no idea, but my Dad in Fredonia, Wisconsin likes to roll this off his tongue once and awhile, it brought back some nice "Dad Memories."
^.^
Here's a teacher using knowledge vocabulary and prefixes and suffixes:
pneumo has to do with the lungs or breathing; ultra/micro mean very small and silico I'm guessing has to do with silicon and I see the word volcano...
Maybe the word has to do with breathing tiny particles of silicon that comes from volcanoes?
Krista: YOU WIN! Okay, you all can go do your wikipedia, google thing now. :)
Krista, come to the station and I will give you a magnet...free of charge. -ERIC
I figured out how to say it
