What does this mean?

Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis

Don't cheat and google it! What are your guesses? If you guess right, I'll give you a 13News weather magnet. (You'll have to come to the station to get it though)

Ok, I cheated and googled the word. Fun post on the blog!

I have no idea, but my Dad in Fredonia, Wisconsin likes to roll this off his tongue once and awhile, it brought back some nice "Dad Memories."

Here's a teacher using knowledge vocabulary and prefixes and suffixes:

pneumo has to do with the lungs or breathing; ultra/micro mean very small and silico I'm guessing has to do with silicon and I see the word volcano...

Maybe the word has to do with breathing tiny particles of silicon that comes from volcanoes?
