A BLOWING SNOW ADVISORY is running through noon today for Jo Daviess, Stephenson, Carroll, & Whiteside County. The snow from last night has cleared out and no additional snow is expected on this Tuesday. Although, with such a fluffy snowfall all it takes is a bit of a breeze to pick up some of those snowflakes and whip them into the air. This will cause visibilities to drop in some locations and drifting will become a problem. It is just another thing to keep in mind as you are driving today. Road conditions will continue to improve as this Tuesday wears on. -ADAM
