The National Hurricane Center is investigating an area of low pressure over the central-northern Caribbean Sea this afternoon. This system could turn into a tropical storm within the next few days.
Our computer models are keeping this system over water for the next 5 days or so. There's only a remote chance this system could work westward into the Eastern Seaboard.
