Thanks to Curt Sanders for sharing this video. It's pretty funny, although I'm sure the person it happened to was none too amused.
Anyway, back to business.
This week's weather is going to definitely feel like fall. After a cold front passes through tomorrow with little incident - other than a few light, scattered showers - cooler air will push in. Wednesday, a low pressure system will get cut off from the main flow of the jet stream, slowly meandering to the east through the weekend.
For us, this means an extended period of cloudiness and, depending on how close the low is, intermittent showers. Highs will have trouble getting to 50° or above, although at this time it appears the pocket of chilliest air will remain to our west.
The active pattern is set to continue for the foreseeable future. Shortly after this cut-off low kicks out, there are signs that another significant disturbance may enter the picture (long about next Tuesday or Wednesday) ... a very cold, significant disturbance. You heard it here first... stay tuned!

Justin,
That reminds me of this incident from Milwaukee.
