Continuation of the Cold

The colder than normal conditions will continue at least through the end of the work week. The average high for today is 44°, but we will be ending up quite a bit below that this afternoon. By early Thursday, we get hit with another polar front. It will do little to us in the precipitation department, but we will feel its effects for Thursday and Friday.

Some of the extended models are advertising a bit of a warmup next week. The big blob of warm air that has been cooped up across the western half of the country may start spilling our direction as soon as Sunday. If your memory is sharp you may recall that last year we had a white Thanksgiving. It is too early to call whether that will happen this year, but the odds are against it. -ADAM
