Flurries Floating Around

This morning's spotty sunshine has faded into a fairly gray ceiling. Some snowflakes are being picked up on radar. The snow in Wisconsin and northern Illinois is from some weak instability and won't have enough sustained intensity to accumulate anything. It is likely to just barely be enough to wet the pavement. The snow on the east side of Michigan is all enhanced by the relatively warm waters of Lake Michigan. Locations like Grand Rapids and Traverse City could end up shoveling a couple of inches of snow before these strong northwesterly winds die down.

By tonight, our skies will gradually clear on out. As our winds weaken, our temperatures will tumble dramatically. Overnight lows may be dropping into the teens for the first time since March 8th. Now if only my car was fancy enough to be stocked with seat warmers... -ADAM
