I think the dance routine is great and of course Dani and Eric should put one together as well as the weather and sports teams..it obviously helps relieve some of the tensions that can build in the business especially with the worst stories are always topping the news.

well, let me reiterate: I REALLY LOVE THINGS LIKE THIS!
I could really see eric, adam and justin making a dance after a week of snowstorms or severe weather to loosen things up. I think eric could get down and do a break dance and have the entire crew join in. That would be hilarious.
