We can't have our cake and eat it too. That's for sure! Temperatures will begin their rise on Thursday but once we begin to melt off the five inches of snow on the ground we will add quite a bit of additional water vapor to the lower atmosphere. This will likely happen late in the day on Friday, but especially on Saturday. Visibilities may be greatly reduced, even with a stiff breeze.
We'll keep an eye on our changing weather the next few days. There may be some timing issues with the extended regarding our chances for rain, but it seems that the 40° temperatures are a sure bet with the fleeting snow.
