Skies will be cloudy on Saturday ahead of our next chilly, winter weathermaker.
I expect snow to begin during the late-evening and continue through much of the day on Sunday. This won't be a widespread, heavy snow...it'll be an intermittent snow shower event. Look for 1-3 inches of snow north of I-88...3-6 inches possible north of the IL/WI border. Ice will be a possibility south of I-88 into Central Illinois.
We'll see a lull in the action for Monday. Aside from a few snow flurries, things will be calm.
More snow (possibly mixed with sleet) will be possible for Tuesday with another 1-3 inches possble. More on that in the days to come.
Have a great weekend everybody!
