Winter Weather Advisory

The National Weather Service out the Quad Cities issued a Winter Weather Advisory for the rest of the afternoon. It is in effect until 6. Even though we did not get the 1-3 inches of sleet like previously forecasted...there is still a chance that scattered light freezing drizzle will move across the stateline. This may add little to the present conditions but may impact treatment of sidewalks and roadways. Motorists and pedestrians are urged to use caution while traveling. More updates later!
