I hope you saw tonight's CW News@9 (on cable channel 14). At the end of the newscast, anchor Laura Gibbs got the surprise of a lifetime. Her boyfriend Matt came on set and proposed live on the air! With tears of joy and some laughter, she said yes! Laura has been a personal friend of mine for years. I am so happy for her! She said that she has always dreamed of that question being asked on the air. What an honor it was for her friends and family at WREX to witness this special occasion. -ERIC
